INJUNCTION SEEKS TO STOP LABOUR MPs PASSING ETS BILL

An application to the Hgh Court in Wellington by Basil Walker of Queenstown for an injunction to prevent Labur MPs enacting the Emissions Trading Scheme Bill will be heard on 22 September. The injunction is sought "to prevent injustice and to enhance the viability and future productive capacity of the national of New Zealand and its usiness and citizens." CALL FOR NEW AUSTRALIAN POLICY ON ENERGY

The correct way ahead is for Australia to reject Labor's 'Emission Trading Scheme' for reason that it is a nonsense and has no scientific basis supporting it, and if enacted would lead to economic disaster. A new Australian Energy Policy should be formulated based on the premise that CO2 is a valuable component of the atmosphere and that their should be more of it not less. - Allan Taylor LINK
